Wheelchair users The Concert Hall has several specially designed seat positions as well as lift access and toilets for wheelchair users at each entrance. A companion sitting in a neighbouring seat may be admitted free of charge.
Hearing impaired customers There is a Sennheiser infra-red assisted hearing system in the Concert Hall. Please reserve your unit when you book and check that your hearing aid is compatible with this system. A refundable deposit is required for use of this system.
Visually impaired customers Guide dogs are welcome. Printed materials are available in large print on request from the Brighton Dome Marketing Department on 01273 260825.
Public Transport Brighton railway station is 10 minutes' walk away, with fast, regular services from London and elsewhere. Phone 08457 484950 for details. There is a frequent bus service from all areas of the city.
Parking The nearest car park to Brighton Dome is the Church Street Theatre Car Park. There is an evening rate of £5 for parking between 5.30pm and midnight. The car park is a 2-minute walk from the venue. In addition Brighton Dome and Festival Members can save an extra 30% on top.
The Lanes car park on Black Lion Street, accessed from Grand Junction Road on the seafront, is a 5-minute walk to the venue and charges £4.50 to park from 6.00pm until midnight. *prices correct June 2013
