Returns

We hope you love your order but if something isn’t quite right, we’re very happy to offer an exchange or refund.

To process your return, please complete this form, print it and include it in your return parcel. To return your product(s), please mail to:

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on any used or washed items, and the product(s) must be returned in original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll then let you know if a refund can be offered.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first double check your bank account. It often takes a few days to process a refund but if it’s taking longer than expected, you should then check with your bank.

Sale items

Please note that only full-priced items can be refunded.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item of clothing for another size, please state the size you would like to exchange for on the returns form.

We can replace items that are defective or damaged.

Please note exchanges are then non-refundable and cannot be returned at a later date.
