Shipping Policy
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer — we’ll notify you by email if there are any significant delays.
Our daily dispatch time is 3pm, so any orders placed for items in stock will be dispatched the same working day.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within the UK only.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (if applicable).
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
International Shipping
We do not currently ship outside of the United Kingdom.
Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at shop@lpo.org.uk within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We can’t guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
